Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Within Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United States: 7–14 business days
  • International: 14–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount within Canada. The current free shipping threshold will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier's website.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

MuzMats is based in Canada. For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. MuzMats is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at muzmatsofficial@gmail.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order ships.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

MuzMats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at muzmatsofficial@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at muzmatsofficial@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
